Recording SD on Blu-Ray
The Blu-Ray spec allows 720x480 (NTSC) video material at 4:3. However, I can't find a way to do this with DVD Movie Factory 6 with the HD Pro Pack. When I try to change the specs after specifying a Blu-Ray project, it tells me I can't change the aspect ratio.
I don't have BD or the HD Pro Pack. But try this :
Open MF and before you create a new project click on the Settings and Options Icon in the lower left-hand corner. Select Disc Template Manager. Next either select new or edit.
If you select edit, then under the general tab select 720x576 (PAL by me) and the Display Aspect Ratio will become editable ¡V change it to 4:3.
If you selected new, you go through a similar process but this time you can name your brand new template as well.
Either way, select the required template and start your project.
