How do I change white areas to a different colour?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to fill in some white holes on an object that I've cut out of another image, as I want to paste it onto a yellow background, and have the holes in the same yellow, so that it looks like it was always on that background. I've searched but can't work out how to do this. I think there is a tool that allows you to paint over a selected colour and replace it with another colour, but I can't find it in the help (probably typing the wrong search terms.) I'm using PIXE but have PI12 installed as well, if that's any help.

EDIT: I've found it - in the pens menu on the left, Color Replacement Pen. Doh!
