Unspecified Error

Hi, I have been using Ulead videoStudio since version 4.

This last version 11 is causing me problems. It starts to render for a DVD but then provides a criptic message "Unspecified Error". It also will not allow playback in anything other then instant - stating a "Multiple file playback error".

I'm probably not the only one that has had this issue - and I am new to this forum and haven't searched for any others at this point in time. I have several weddings that need to be sent out to DVD so this is rather a painful situation.

The files themselves are ok - I move them to a USB drive and can render and get a DVD off of another computer. I had reformated this main media computer and reinstalled the software once already - that was not fun.

Tech supports answer to this is to call them - most likely for a fee.
