Camcorder tapes blue screen
I am copying several camcorder tapes then editing and saving on dvd using Videostudio 10. The problem is that most of the tapes have missing sync between shots and the camcorder switches to blue screen. I am having to fast forward through the complete video to crop out these blue screen sections. Does anyone know if Ulead or anyone else has any software that can search for these sections automatically, I am not bothered about removing then automatically but just want a way to quickly locate them so that I can edit them out.

Hi
Depending on the type of video file, and you don¡¦t give any details, you may be able to use Split by Scene.
Select the video in the timeline , then from the top menu, Clip-Split by Scene.
I would have thought this would easily identify the blue screen sections
Otherwise use Multi Trim or simply cut the video in the timeline deleting the bits you don¡¦t want.
If Split by Scene is not available there¡¦s no quick way other than looking.
