VS Keeps Crashing

VS Keeps Crashing
I'm recording video with Camstudio and I insert the video and VS crashed. Help! I'm making video tuts for Webs.com

NOTE - I don't use Camstudio.
Most crashes have something to do with the video file. We usually don't know why... Some files work and others don't.
What format are your files? Do you have an option of capturing to another format? (Less-compressed formats tend to be less-trouble.)
I see that Camstudio creates "AVI" files, but AVI is a "container format" and it can contain anything from uncompressed AVI to DivX.

Don't know if it is still there or not as a lot of these free web hosting sites seem to drop off after a time but I did create a template for converting Camtasia Studio into something more "useable"

Can you actually import video clips into Camstudio? I thought it was screen capturing software. Why would you want to import a video into it anyway or am I being more thick than usual?SnedekerDesignz wrote:But I've never imported videos into it before
