Change 'Create Video File' format from NTSC to PAL

I recently needed to re-install VideoStudio 11, but now have NTSC as the format option in 'Create Video File'. How do I change this back to PAL?

You will probably have to reinstall once again, and at the start of the installation process, correctly choose either your country or the TV system. Personally, I always choose my home country AND the TV system, just so there is no mistake.
