please, can you tellme how in Photo Impact XL3 I can increase the size of this photo, to go to any photo comercial store and get a poster more biger than 16 x 20..
this photo when I try to print in 8 x 11 the photo print with the blurr pixels.. and I dont know how to increase to do a good image to print in any store of photo printing..
I'm afraid you cannot.
If the picture is small to start with it is always going to have to remain small to remain high quality.
You could enlarge it slightly if you were to pay a fortune to have some work their magic on it, but it still wouldn't be classified as high quality.

Basically what you are hoping to do is to get the software to create something that isn't there. Whilst any imaging software can enlarge a picture, it can only do so by using "educated guesswork." in the form of mathematical algorithms.
If you enlarge something by a small amount then software is normally fairly good at that but there (soon) comes a point where it cannot make a sensible/reasonable guess any more and as you have already discovered, it all gets blurry.
If this were not the case then no one would go out and buy an expensive DSLR capable of recording (lets say) 10 megapixels, when they could save a lot of money and simply purchase a cheap point and shoot - or even use a mobile phone, capable of only recording (lets say) 1 megapixel.
