Are you aware that PSP X2 installs a anti-piracy program called Protexis Licensing? It
must be running in order for PSP to launch and work. Right-click on your My Computer icon, and select
Manage. Then go to Services and scroll down to Protexis Licensing, and make sure it is started. If not click on the
Start the service.
That may not be the issue, however without a little more info it's difficult to say at this time what the problem might be. Do you get any error messages while trying to launch it? You might have a look at your Windows Logs, found in the Windows Event Viewer. This is also accessed through the Computer Management.
