No -- but I have thought about it quite seriously at least three or four times. They look quite good, and I have been impressed by the New Blue Film effect filters that came with X2 and the free Cartoon filter they made available. But so far I have not made the investment. Although advertised as a reduced price, it is still relatively substantial for things that I would only ever likely use rarely.

Ken I also agree with you, if the price was a bit cheaper then I would purchase this. By the way, where did you get the free Cartoon filters?

From the NewBlue website -- look up in the top right hand corner and you will see Free FX listed, click on it for the link to the Cartoon filter. I just checked and it is still there... :lol:

What exactly are these filters, if I downoladed them, could they be used in VS11+.Where would I put them in VS.......................Ken

Ken,
They are video filters. These are similar to the Comic filters included with VS, however have more options. The file is a self executing (exe) installer, and should find your versions of VS and install to it. Yes it should work fine with VS11..

I have just checked again on the NewBlue home page http://www.newbluefx.com/ and it is certainly up there in the top right of the page, below the Search pane -- the list begins with What's New, then Free FX...
