Adding Chapters in X2 Ultimate

Post by scannavision »

Hi Everyone... Im back yet again!! Can anyone please share some light on a problem i am having with adding chapters in the burning stage in X2.

I add a video file to the burn screen, highlight it (blue) and then select Add/Edit Chapter... normally in VS11.5 i can use the jog bar now to navigate on where to add chapters however in X2 this is not possible.

The "auto add chapters" is the only option highlighted and on the left hand menu. Also the clip duration shows 00.00.00.00 on the file in this screen.

I have loaded the latest updates.

If anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it... Thanks

Hi

If you navigate down the timeline¡XPress the Play button.
The clock (clip duration) should show the correct timeline position and the Add option should come available.

Are you saying the Play Button does not work?

If so¡XHave you updated Direct X

Thanks for posting the solution.

I had the same problem and downloading and installing the latest DirectX from the Microsoft website sorted it out.

Hi Big Al

Thanks for the feedback and for confirming that the update of Direct X is worthwhile.
