deinterlace?!?!

When exporting your video, be sure to chose the option to deinterlace. That will get rid of those pesky lines.

Where is that option? I saw a screenshot of it and I need it! xD I wanna upload HD screencast videos to vimeo. I got a good quality (sort of) you can see here:

and it has green lines. need to do the deninterlace thingy
