I have read a number of "disparaging" remarks regarding the support from Corel Support Cantre so I thought I would redress the balance a bit!
I had occasion today to contact them by telephone on an installation question with the WinDVD 9 Plus software that I have just purchased.
I phoned the freephone number and was answered by a technical rep. withing about 30 seconds. He understood my problem and came up with a solution that required a patch. He emailed the patch to me and I resolved the issue in less than 5 mins.
I think this was excellent service and thought it deserved a mention. The reps name was Tim Matthews.
It would be nice if this got back to a big wig in Corel so if anyone knows how to contact them other than just going back to support via email I would like to hear. I have, of course, emailed Tim with my thanks

Tim must be new.
Once in a while you will get a Customer Service rep who really cares about their job and will help you. And I'm not talking just about Corel.
