Multi camera editing lip synch.

I wonder if anyone has any tips for synchonising people's lips in the second track, with the sound on the first track. The video on the second track is from a second camera?

It's quite tedious to get the clip on the second video track so that the lips synchronise perfectly with the sound from the first track! It's especially tedious if there are many clips to synchronise.
