ticker tape CNN news title?

is there a scrolling ticker tape title ala CNN?
are there additional titles for download?
or a way to make your own custom titles?
I have VideoStudio Pro X2
(Corel Video Studio 12.0.98.1 Pro)
I use Windows XP on a Dell Inspiron E1505, laptop.
dual processors.
i have installed the Patch for VSX2 Pro and
the Direct X March 2009 Update

Hi

In addition select the 'Text Backdrop', choose your colour.
