Any Decent Free Video Titlers?

Hello all, has anyone found any decent free video titlers?

I have tried Google etc. but the results were not all that good.

Ulead VideoStudio (plus maybe Ulead Cool 3D) produce all the titles I've ever needed - what are you expecting to do that UVS cannot do for you. ??

I am trying to create something similar to the artboard title with the clouds going by, but obviously I want different designs.

Rising and setting sun animations etc.

Yes as David says simply put a video behind your title - you could even film your own passing clouds if you want it really financially and copyright free.

and there are dozens of variations that you can make the text do over the top of them.
