How to change the color on text Paint Shop Pro Ultimate?

My first post and I am honored to be a part of this forum. I have looked and can not find an answer to this question: Is there a way to change the color of the text when inserted in a picture? Sometimes the background is the same color (white) and is hard or impossible to read. Thank you in advance for any info to help! Deek

Look in the Learning Center info after you click on the text tool. Basically you select two colors from the Materials palette. The background color is the fill color and the foreground color is the outline color.
