Alludo USER to USER Web Board

Please help: all the different transition effects, with the exception of Favorites, disappeared from my Library (they still exist on the computer since going back to previous projects I can see them, but how can I restore them back to the Library folders?).

I have heard this happening with video filters, but never transitions. Have you tried to reinstall?
