Ken Burns Effect in SP3??

The ULEAD website states that Service Pack 3 includes "Ken Burns" pan and zoom capability with enlarged keyframe window.

Is this a new feature to SP3, if so, where is it implemented.

There should be a Pan & Zoom entry in the Camera Lens folder of the Video filters section in the Production Library.
