Start up screen

I have Video Studio Pro X2 and have shut the start up screen off. How do I turn it back on? And/Or how can I change the preview screen to 4:3, so that way when I save my project it is already in 4:3?

This can be changed in the Preferences dialog, [F6] on your keyboard or File menu>Preferences, Show Start up Screen.

On the start up screen just uncheck the 16.9 box at the lower left.
