A Smart Package created in Video Studio Pro X2 does not open in another computer with Video Studio 11.5 Plus.
A yellow caution triangle says "File format is not supported" and
a code [15039:0:0].
Should the Smart Package open?
Is there a solution?

I am sorry as I am travelling at the moment and do not have a computer with VS loaded on it. But all I can say generally is that, like just about all software, VS is not backwards compatible i.e. a project created in VS12 cannot be opened in VS11 or 10 (unless you specifically opt to save them as VS11 or 10 projects). Forward compatibility is not a problem -- i.e. a project created in an earlier version can be openend in a later version.
I would suspect the same would be the case with SmartPackage. It is, however, a new feature which only appear in VS11+, so I cannot say for sure.
Is there any particularly reason you are trying to open the Package in VS11.5+ instead of its native VS12?
