Gentlemen/Ladies, As this is my first visit I start with an apology. I am not very tech. literate and I am very much an amateur user of VS. I joined the Forum after reading some of the contributions; I was impressed.
My first visit is a plea for assistance.
I recently upgrded to VS Pro x2 [12.0.98.0 Pro] and many of the basic features are familiar. I created my latest project, a home/holiday video, a couple of music tracks, titles etc; approx 40 mins.
Initially I burned directly to DVD, but got an 'unspecified error message'. I read the manual and decided I should 'Create a Video File' & used MPEG Optimiser and the project commenced rendering. This failed with the error message 'Unable to load library [19151:3:3]. I did a little more checking, including the forum, but to not avail.
Can anyone help?
My system is not the most up todate. MS XP Professional; Pent4 2.6GHz; 1.5GB RAM; HD 120GB [70gb free]

VS Pro X 2 error message whilst burning/rendering
To Ken Berry & Trevor Andrew
Gentlemen, Just to let you know that I did update DirectX and I did download the VS12 patch plus I also changed the system virtual memory values to Custom initial size 1024 & maximum size 4096 [this was the tip provided by the Corel tech support].
The good new is that creating a video file and subsequent burning to CD worked perfectly - the bad news is I am not sure which or all three help suggestions worked.
Never the less thank you.
I will now be moving onto creating a project from my new HD video camera. If I get stuck I know where to come for help.
I will as time allows continue to use the forum for tips, hints and my general education. Again thanks.
