Uvavi.vio Causes Corel VideoStudio to Crash

Whenever I try to save my video fie in .avi format when it gets to 99% it crashes and when I check the error and view the details it says that the Uvavi.vio file caused it to crash. How do I fix this? Is my .avi codecs?

Mine did that twice tonight on the same video. I'm going to restart my computer and try again. It's very frustrating. I was exporting using the Lagarith codec btw. I've used it countless times before.
