VS 12 I'm trying to delete just one or two frames. Is there a way to delete single frames? I have done a thorough search and gone through the manual but can only find "Delete a clip" I have tried to create a clip just two frames long but that doesn't seem to work.

Zoom in all the way and adjust the size of the clip using the yellow trim handles.

I am not sure I agree that Black Lab's method is the way to go, though I am willing to admit it just might. But I would -- like Black Lab -- zoom in to a frame by frame view, but then use the scissors to mark the frame I did not want, and clip it out. To explain, I think Black Lab's method would work with a still image whose length you would control with the yellow handles. But this would not work with a video, especially if the frame you wanted to remove was in the middle of the video...

You are right Ken. Reading comprehension error. I read it as one OF two frames, not one OR two frames.

Hi
Use the digital clock to navigate frame by frame.
Use the scissors to cut. Then navigate again frame by frame
Use the Mark-In / Mark - Out brackets below the preview screen to remove the ends.
No need to zoom in, use in Storyboard or Timeline view

Many thanks for all the replies. I have now found that the following method suits me.
Cut the clip at the last frame I want to delete. Select the new left hand clip and use the clip duration time to reduce by the one or two frames that I want to delete.
