I have a DVD I made and I'm trying to get it made by the manufacture.
I have the master disk ( DVD ) authored and it reads on a DVD player and PC.
When I go to use the program from the vendor it says I have an Generic I/O error.
It asks if the disk has been formatted as an DAO disk.
Help
Can Ulead format a DVD as DAO - disk at once?

Did you use the default video format of DVD-video? If so this uses the TAO (Track at Once), not the DAO (Disk at Once). In the final burn module step, from the Video Format drop-down menu select either DVD-VR or DVD+VR..
