I am using VS12. I added a Smartsound audio track. I want to find the "right" way to turn off all audio from the video itself. I have try playing with the volume slider in the Audio View, but that seems to affect each clip individually. I also tried splitting the audio from the video clips and then deleting the audio, but again, I have to do that for each clip one at a time.
Am I missing something, is there an easy way to just remove or turn off all audio from the entire video track (leaving only the Smartsound music)?
Thanks.

In short, no. A workaround would be to save your project without the SmartSound track. Now you can do two things: you can render that to a video file making, in essence, one big clip. You can then insert that into a project, mute it, then insert your SmartSound clip. Or, you can insert your saved project (VSP) into another project, where it will be treated like one video clip. Again, you can mute it then insert your SmartSound track.
