Toppler

The way i fixed my capture problems

Post by Toppler »

When i first built my computer and bought vs9 it would be fine for capturing the video for the smaller movies but then i went to the bahamas and alaska and it was hours of tape. And when i would do it the capture would go a ways in and crash and i would have to start over again. So after working with my computer and everything i found that when i was using the firewire connection that was for some reason conneted to my soundcard, it would overheat the soundacard and could not support the long captures so i had to install a seperate firewiree card and i have never had a problem since. I have no idea if this will help you in any way but it did the trick for me :)

Please add my voice thanking you for the solution to this problem. Now, how do we get Ulead to add it to the FAQs?

Hate to revive an old thread, but I want to add in that this helped me too. Somehow Madden 07 installed and was dependant on this program. I removed the installer, and V9 captures just fine now.
