Not free but not expensive either, I found this one to be very good
Direct Midi to MP3 converter
http://www.pistonsoft.com/

Whilst the title suggest convert to MP3 it also converts to WAV and a few other formats. The alternative I used to use was to play the MIDI and at the same time record the sound with MESSER (Free).

Using the first mentioned software Direct Midi to MP3 converter is however quicker because it simply converts the file without having to play it.

Thanks I tried Piston Soft and it does what I want and the Switch and Convert is good too. Piston Soft is $30.00 Switch and Convert is FREE. Thanks for the help.
