I received the New Blue Effects Cartoonr with my VS x2 purchase,
but can't understand why it "doesn't" work!
I place a video clip in the timeline, open up the New Blue Effects
cartoonr in the fliters section, and lay it on the video.
It does, NOTHING... There are no presets, and nothing happens
when I click on "Customize Filter" either...
What am I doing wrong?
