Hi, using Corel Video Studio pro X2 with a canon Flash camcorder after importing the video to Corel is their a way to convert the video on the timeline to several clips instead of a batch of one single video clip.

Cutting a clip
If you mean cutting the clip into several clips-
Scoll along the timeline to where you want to start a new section and then click on the scissor icon( lower right below the preview window).This will split the clip in two
You can repeat this as many times as you want ..................Ken
