What the governments use are not private, not copyrighted. They use taxpayers money, so their work is free to use. You can't steal what already belongs to you now, can you?

I plan on also shooting a short this summer and have to get music rights.
All of this copyright stuff is crazy almost wants you want to walk away from all of it.
I can see why videographers charge the rates we do. Still learning the trade as it goes along.
