DVD Menu Items Hightlight Problem

Creating DVD Menus in PhotoImpact is quite easy. The only problem I have been having is to have default highlight and linking highlight images.
The images would show when the template is uploaded into DVDW but will not appear when the chapter is selected (eg. mouse over)

PS.
3. Options tag in DVD Menu Maker is not working :?
