Recently I have not been able to view my ufo files in photo impact. If you know how to fix this, I will be very happy.
I have called and written corel, but they seem to be no help with this.
I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the program 2 times yesterday.
I think it has to do with the windows update.
I am on xp and have a freshly reformatted hard drive.
The ufo files before the formatting where working great.javascript:emoticon(':(')
Please let me know if you can help!
By the way, I am running windows xp with photoimpact x3. The ufo files (thumbnails) that I have created do not show up in the browse window inside under the file menu in the program. It is a huge problem for me not being able to see or find my files. I have called ulead support and they are no help. I think photoimpact does not do well with outlook vs 7. When my outlook is open photoimpact stalls and crashes. I was wondering if you had any knowledge of this problem. I have been reading about it on the internet and others have had problems like mine?

I have PhotoImpact X3 and also use Outlook 7 and there are no issues on any of my machines.
When you say that you are unable to open/view the UFO files do you mean by clicking the UFO file from Windows Explorer, or by starting PhotoImpact and using "File | Open"
If as I suspect you mean via Windows Explorer then the problem will be that the UFO file extension needs to be associated with PhotoImpact. Right click a UFO file and select "Open With".
