Laptop crashed, have to re-install...

My system crashed, I was able to print out the serial number screens for the product. I originally had videostudio 7, got the upgrade to 8, and purchased the mpeg 4 plugin. 7 was from a retail store, 8 upgrade, and plugin from download at Element (web store).

My problem is that I don't have 7. I have the upgrade, but no 7 cd. Will ulead give me another copy ( I mean small fee) since I have numbers? Or is there another way to reinstall this?
