Which camcorder is compatible with Studio Pro,

Hello, well received information that my Canon HV30 is not worth fixing according to Best Buy where it was originally bought and with an extended warranty, thank God. Of course they don¡¦t have any other HV30 or anything that is compatible to it, so they suggested getting another camcorder the problem is that they don¡¦t have anything that is compatible for the price that it was bought for.
The closes price range that a cam comes close to the Canon HV30 is about $200 more the manager and I went round and around on the price difference, It was discussed that if I could just get a credit for the purchase price etc. on my credit card and no way, they will give me the credit on a Best Buy certificate for the full amount.
Well here I go again looking for another camcorder, the one¡¦s that caught my eye¡¦s so far where the following, Canon HF20, Panasonic HS250, Sony XR200V and the Sony DDR-XR100.
What experience if any has any one have had with any of the above camcorders or if a friend has one?
Would appreciate any feed back on any of the above camcorder, currently I am researching them but word of mouth is better then a review on a site.
