Create shining sparkle

hello... I use Ulead Photo Impact XL3, and I want to know if somebody please can tellme how to create this shinning sparkle like this image..

I know in "easy palete" - "lens filters" got the option -"difraction" but this type of shinning dont like it. I want to know if its posible to put like a stamp and then put on the image and modified...

I try to do this in creative lighting- light bulb... but its complicated and always the image got converted more dark...

please if any can tellme how to do this type of sparkle in photo impact its be apreciated... thanks

Hi Venito

You can do this in PIX3 by creating a stamp with the Path tools.
The inner circle is created with the Paintbrush at varying sizes.
If you apply silver to a 3D path tool..... S41 and Edit it you can create exactly what you are looking for.

There is a filter in PI under Photo>Lens Filters>Star Filter. You will have to tweak the various controls until you achieve exactly what you want.

on this second way, I try but on this job I cant control just one sparkle and move it around the image to the place what I want to put... this option only create shinning over all the image with white color...


please if any have a tutorial to creat a sparkle or maybe any have created a task .., its be apreciated ... or a stamp ....????

You can try from this tutorial but you will have to modify it to suit what you want.

To make the centre halo select the paintbrush at a large size, white and about 15 transparency. Gradually reduce the size of the brush and reduce transparency. Use the dodge tool as this makes it very bright.

I do have stars but there is no way here to avail you of them.

Perhaps if you send me a private message I could work something out for you.

thanks to Hillary Sadur who make me an ufo file and sendme with a differents sparkle stars... to create a stamp and use it in photo impact... finally I can made it ... here its the results ....
I dont know how to atach on this forum thats file ( if somebody want it )...
