Has anyone successfully run either PI10 or 11 on Vista?
I had 11 working, except the recent files list did not work, and suddenly it won't open. It halts when the splash screen reached the part about installing plugins. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it work for about 4 sessions before doing the same thing. I've been running it in XP compatibility mode to to take care of a couple of little other problems.
10 is running (minus the recent files list) but I don't know for how long. ditto the XP compatibility mode.
Yes, I'm a cheapskate and prefer not to upgrade until I've exhausted the possibilities.
TIA

You could try Virtualization. Interestingly Microsoft appears to have acknowledged the big outcry regarding many XP programs not working with Vista and are including an XP Virtualization mode in Windows 7.
