How to freeze frame the last frame of a clip?

Post by backert1 »

What is the best way to freeze frame the last frame of a video clip? The only way I see to do this is to insert the video clip, then capture the last frame as a still, then insert it into the time line next to the clip, and define the time duration of the still to whatever the desired freeze length is. Is there a better way? Sometime this creates a sligh offset in the last frame of the vidow clip to the frame captured as a still. The offset the produces a jump in the running project. Suggestions appreciated.

Thanks,

Todd

I think that is the best way, but you must ensure that it is the very last frame that you capture by zooming in as close as you can on the time line.
