Alludo USER to USER Web Board

In X2 I have made a custom menu that I would like to save as a Menu Template. In the Share Step I go to Edit> Customize. I see the "Add to Menu Template" icon under the preview window, however it is grayed out. How do I activate this or is there a different way I should be saving a customized DVD Menu as a template?
