Insert Media from mobile device (Blackberry - 3GPP)

When trying to import a video file from a Blackberry, VS12.0.98.1 PRO, the dialogue box finds the file and displays a thumbnail. I can select the file and preview, but when I press OK to import, the programme hangs (it thinks about things for a while, then eventually comes up as a non-responsive programme)

(I have the November 08 Patch together with latest DirectX)

Any suggestions as to importing Video files (3GPP) from a Blackberry would be much appreciated

I used this 3rd party convertor . . .seems to work OK
