Edit Step Options Panels suddenly missing!

Post by flahagan »

Help!
I have all of my video and stills loaded onto the timeline and would like to begin editing, but when I opened my project tonight, there's no option panels. There's absolutely no dialogue, just my saved images/video.

Any suggestions as to what I might have done to cause this? I'm assuming the problem here is the user.

Have you clicked the arrow located to the right of the Library?

If the arrow is pointing up like in the screenshot, the tabs are closed, click it so that it points down to open the tabs..;)

Once again, you've saved me from my own stupidity. I must have inadvertently clicked on the arrows at some point. I didn't realize that the options could completely be disabled like that.

Many many thanks,
Joyce

Well, I spoke too soon. The pan and zoom option is grayed out in my image editing. I swear, if I'd had half these problems with my free trial of an earlier version 2 years ago, I would have never tried this a second time. I'm getting very frustrated.

What image format are you using, PNG? For some reason VS does not allow for Pan/zoom on these. I think it may have to do with the Alpha channel.

Ron, just shoot me NOW! I was trying to edit a still without having the timeline opened. I think I'll just take a day's break from this whole thing and come back to it a little fresher - and smarter, I hope.
Anyway, please ignore my rantings and thanks SO much for your kind patience and help.
