How to use the ISO file

Post by bob733 »

I have seen some viebiage about Pro X2 creating ISO files during the rendering process.

How do we use them.

I have not had the time to do more than a simple search of this forum of "iso" as the search argument (to no real avail), but as I want to recreate the DVD I was able to make (with Ron's generous and speedy help) and want to do it fairl quickly (even though the DVD process only took 3 minutes doing it the Ron Way.

VS used to come with a utility called Disc Image Recorder, which is used to burn discs from ISO, IXA files. Unfortunately VS 12 does not include this. There are several available, wikipedia has a list of some of these:

I did notice one freeware called CD BurnerXP. It is used to burn CDs and DVDs from ISO files. You can download it from the following: http://www.cdburnerxp.se/

And of course if you have the Nero or Roxio suites, they will also burn ISO files...
