VS 12 Keyboard Shortcut "Cntl + Right" - Function?

I checked the VS Pro X2 help file (and the manual) to find keyboard shortcuts. Following is an except from the Help file's list of "Timeline" shortcuts:
Left: Select the previous clip on the Timeline.
Right: Select the next clip on the Timeline.
Ctrl + Right: Scroll forward.
Ctrl + Left: Scroll backward.
The "left/right" reference apparently refers to the arrow keys because pushing the right arrow key advances the timeline to the start of the next clip.
But the "Ctrl + Left" and "Ctrl + Right" combinations don't do anything, at least on my system. I expected them to scroll through the timeline in the direction designated by the arrow key for as long as I held the two keys down.
Do these two keystroke combinations do anything on your system?
