Alludo USER to USER Web Board

Finally took the plunge and upgraded from 11+ to X2 ULTIMATE.

It apparently comes with, (ahem):

"VideoStudio; Pro X2
Steinberg; WaveLab™ LE 6 Audio Editor
Corel WinDVD 9 Plus Blu-Ray
DVD Copy 6 Plus"

Except it doesn't. Or at least, MY downloaded version doesn't. I have purchased the upgrade: Corel VideoStudio Pro X2 Ultimate Upgrade - Download, as indicated in my receipt, but have received the following files:
Corel VideoStudio Pro X2 Content Pack, Corel VideoStudio Pro X2 Ultimate Bonus Pack and Corel VideoStudio Pro X2 Ultimate Extra Pack.

No where is there any of the afore-mentioned products, other than the Pro X2 version of Videostudio. Please advise, or failing that, recommend a good anger management therapist.

Hi again, Jeff. No, the first file is the NLE itslef, X2; the second file appears to be 'add-ons' like the Smartsound library and other ancilliary components of X2, and the third file simply downloads to my desktop and includes 'sample' sound effects, borders, into videos' etc. No where on my system can I find anything that will execute the extras.

Answer: Yes I am and No I'm not.
