I have give up on WINDVD9. After 6 months of tinkering and very poor almost nonexistent (4-5 day response) tech support, its a crap shoot with every movie whether it will play. its a very slow,
crashes on exit and is generally flaky on windows
vista and not much better on xp.
I've installed
total media 3, and so far it is superior in every way
it has played everything i have thrown at it and
worked flawlessly. i will never waste my money on a corel product again.
i feel very ill toward them.
the trial would not play blu ray so they force you into buying just to try. don't forget about the 30
day money back guarantee you say, well after trying to get 2 or 3 different movies to play and
waiting 4or5 days for response for each tech support response 30 days go by fast.
