Vedio Capture Card problem due to WindowXP SP2

I have been using Firewire Capture Card (Gemini make) for capturing Vedio footage from my Sony Handycam (DCR-TRV265E) when my computer was running on WindowXP. But since i have upgraded my computer to P-IV and installed WindowXP SP2, my computer doesn't recognise my Handycam when I attach it to Firewire card; and hence cannot capture vedio. The problem appears to b because of SP2. I tried hard to find the help on Microsft but could not find anything useful.

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP
