High Quality playback

Post by mitchell65 »

I started a new project, set "High Quality playback" but can only playback a clip in HQ. I get the message "High Quality Playback disabled with currect project settings" when I try to playback the project.
What have I not set correctly?
I am aware it will take a long time to render for HQ playback!

This is normal if your project settings are PAL (or NTSC) DVD. For some unknown reason they disabled HQ playback for PAL and NTSC DVD...

Thanks for that Ron. Maybe it was not considered worthwhile in view of the fact that the rendering would likely take such a long time. I suppose the more experienced a user becomes the less need there would be for HQ preview!
