Anything similar to inner / outer glow in Photoshop?

I have been admiring the shading techniques of a peer and they tell me they achieved them through the use of inner glow and outer glow in Photoshop. Does PI have anything comparable? I am using PI Pro 13.

Those Glows are basically various types of Drop-Shadows. Just apply a drop-shadow, and adjust the size, opacity (transparency), color, and feathering to get a Glow effect.
