Alludo USER to USER Web Board

I like my VS because I "know" how to use it (I'm not great, but I understand most of the tools). I am upgrading to X2 tonight.

My question is what is the "best" video editor under $300/$400 dollars? I'm interested in moving up to the next level, but most of what i see are either the VS/Pinnacle level stuff at around $100 and Adobe at nearly $800. I'm stuck with PC...

I just got Sony Vegas Pro.

However I plan on using VS11= cause it rocks and my highend stuff will be with Vegas which is going to take awhile to learn. Ugh.

You can Nab Vegas Pro 8 for like 5 bills now.
