Incorporating a data table into a movie

Post by terry dennis »

I want to incorporate a data table into a movie that I am currently making.

Is there any way that an Excel or Powerpoint table of data can be made into an image so that it can be included into a movie ?

Or any other suggestions ?

Take a screenshot of it using the Print screen function of windows, then open your image editor and Paste as new image. Now you have an image of your table. There are some screenshot programs available that you could use, and also PSP and PI has a screenshot function built in.

Many thanks for your help. There was just sufficient to get me on the right track and once I had fumbled my way through , the result was exactly what I was after. I was after a daily results sheet - days winners and cumulative scores for Player of the Week- for a DVD of our annual golfing trip to Spain. I did a DVD comprised of photos last year but went for the 'full monty' this year , including results after each day's play!

Thanks again.
