I am using Video Studio 11.5+ and find that when I remove commercials from recorded HD television programs I get a pixel distortion after the edit.
I don't have a problem with SD. I have tried inserting a transition between cuts but this makes no difference. I save the file using MPEG Optimiser.
Can anyone help with this problem
